Building fast systems
for volatile markets.

Hi! I'm Alasdair — a software engineer based in London. I work at the intersection of engineering and finance, building things that need to be fast and correct. Previously on FX eTrading platforms; recently at a leading crypto HFT firm.

Rust C++ Python Java FIX 4.2/5.0 SIMD Linux

Open to interesting problems in high-frequency trading, exchange connectivity, or low-latency infrastructure. Always happy to collaborate with people working on hard problems in the same space.

1 Billion Row Challenge

Rust SIMD Parallel I/O
